Appointment Policy

Appointments

– A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all bookings. This amount will be deducted from your final treatment cost. 

– To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice. Insufficient notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. 

– Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Payments

– Full payment is due on the day of your appointment. 

– We accept cash and debit card payments. – Prices are subject to change at the discretion of By DeMartino. You will be notified of any updates prior to your treatment.

 

Refund Policy

– We maintain a strict non-refundable policy for all booking fees and completed treatments. 

– Refunds for prepaid packages or courses may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, subject to management approval.

 

Medical Disclaimer

– All treatments are performed by qualified practitioners. However, results may vary based on individual factors, and no guarantees can be made. – Clients are responsible for disclosing all medical conditions, allergies, and medications prior to treatment. – By DeMartino reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

 

Privacy Policy

– We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations. 

– Your information is used solely for appointment management and treatment records.

Company Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

– A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. 

– Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

 

Booking Fee

– booking fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if proper notice is given. ​

 

Client Conduct

– We uphold a culture of professionalism and respect. Clients are expected to behave appropriately.

– Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

 

Treatment Suitability

– A consultation is required before all treatments to ensure safety and suitability. 

– Clients must adhere to all pre-care and post-care instructions provided by their practitioner. 

– By DeMartino reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed inappropriate.

 

Children & Guests

– For safety and privacy, children under 16 years old are not permitted at appointments. 

– Guests may wait in the reception area but are not allowed in treatment rooms.

 

Promotions & Offers

– Promotions are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated. 

– By DeMartino reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.

 

Refund Policy

– All deposits and payments are non-refundable. 

– Refunds for prepaid packages or courses are only considered in exceptional cases, subject to management approval.
