Appointment Policy
Booking fees/payments are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
A minimum of 96 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment. While booking fee is non-refundable, it may be transferred on one occassion to a new appointment (for any service), provided the required notice is given.
If an appointment is cancelled due to late arrival, the booking fee will be forfeited, and a new fee will be required to rebook.
Failure to provide at least 96 hours’ notice to reschedule will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and full treatment price charged.
Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than within 96 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% for outside London (100% for London) of the treatment cost. Cancellations within 12 hours will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100%. A new booking fee will be required to secure a new appointment.
If you are 15 mins late to your appointment then it will cancelled due to lateness, the booking fee is non-refundable and a new booking fee will be required to rebook.
